Responsabilities of the Organization:

1.  The purpose of this web site is to offer a means of communication between the companies that belong to the Carvajal organization and the users that wish to register their Resumes so that they may be kept in mind for future selection processes which the company may consider.

2.  The Carvajal organization does not censure the Resumes that are received at the web site. However, the organization does not guarantee that the user who registers their Resume will obtain a job.

3.  The information that the user should register: Personal information, Home address, Academic background, Work experience, Family members and other information. This personal information is for the exclusive use of the Carvajal organization and will not be revealed to third parties.

4.  The organization provides links between other sites on web only on an informational level and for easy access to the user, and does not imply any responsibility for the information that these sites may contain.

5.  The organization reserves the right to delete or eliminate user's accounts who have received the notification and who after one (1) month, have not accessed the site to update their information.

6.  The organization reserves the right to delete or eliminate user's registration information that has not completed on their Resume within one (1) month of receipt (they have not registered all the required information).

User's responsibilities:

7.  The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password used to access his/her account on the web site.

8.  The user is responsible for the information that he/she provides as well as the veracity of said information and maintenance of same. He/she authorizes the organization to verify the authenticity of said information.

9.  If the user places his/her resume on the web site, he/she accepts and is in agreement with the conditions for use of this site.
